Having a regular delivery of beautifully designed and meticulously crafted contract flowers is a simple way to transform your workplace, restaurant, event, bar or hotel.
The first step in our office contract and event flowers service is meeting for an on-site consultation so we can discover what you want, and where you’d like your displays to be feature.
We will work with your selected colour schemes or branding, and will select the seasonal or artificial flowers and produce bespoke designs for your displays. We will deliver and install these arrangements to your designated area.

We hold employer’s liability and public liability insurance.
All of our backdrops are installed by our fully trained team of event experts using a professional grade freestanding frame, weighted with 30kg of base plates.
Do you charge for delivery?
Flower Wall Company quotes are fully inclusive with no hidden fees. Once we know your event date and venue/location we’ll be able to accurately quote your preferred flower wall for the full hire period including delivery, installation and collection.
When should I book?
We recommend you secure your date as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Most good decor hire companies book up to 12 months in advance and backdrops are no different. If you are booking your flower wall far enough in advance, there is only a deposit of £50.00.
How do we book?
If you’re happy with our quote and we have availability on your date, we’ll send you our quick and easy online booking form. Once this has been completed you’ll receive an invoice via email.
When do I need to pay and how can I pay?
A £50 deposit is required within 7 days to secure your booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before the event, we will remind you when this is due. All payments are payable by bank transfer. If you need to pay by debit/credit card or require a payment plan, please speak a member of the team.
Can I add a sign to my flower wall or flower arch?
Yes! Adding signage to your backdrop is a fun way to personalise your event. We have a range of ‘stock’ signs available to hire or you can choose to create a bespoke sign for your favourite flower wall which is then yours to keep after!
A quote will be provided upon request depending on the type of sign you’d like. All signs are made from quality materials and created to a high standard by our trusted suppliers. If you’d like to provide your own sign for us to hang on the day, there is a £15 fee to cover the additional labour and fittings. Just let us know in advance so that we can ensure the correct fittings and additional installation time is allocated.
What is a damage deposit?
It is standard practice for an event hire company to request a damage deposit to safeguard against any incidentals that might occur during your event. A charge of £150 is due one week before the event to secure our products against any unauthorised movement, damage, vandalism and theft. The damage deposit is refundable in full on the Monday following the event, assuming no damage is incurred.

All quotes provided include a professional installation and breakdown service by our highly skilled team of flower wall experts. Once we have unloaded at your venue, installation takes between 30-60 minutes and breakdown takes around 15-30 minutes per 2.4m wide flower wall.
It’s important to make sure you have measured the space prior to your event to ensure there is enough room for the flower wall to be installed. To comply with health and safety and to maintain the integrity of our products, we respectfully ask that clients and/or venue staff do not attempt to move or breakdown the backdrops once in situ.
What day/time will installation and breakdown be?
Approximately two weeks before your event, we will send you a link to our final details form. Here we will request all of the details to be able to arrange your installation and breakdown. Once this has been completed, we’ll schedule your delivery with your hire period and preferred installation timings in mind. If you’re holding your event at a venue, we can liaise directly with the venue to let them know when to expect us.

I started out my florist journey
working on a flower
stall selling fresh cut
flowers to the public.
I love making arrangments and coming up with new
ideas so much that I went to do a flower course which open my eyes
to new ways of designing. I then worked as a florist designer arranging
floral arrangements for five star hotels
and Coporate businesses across
Central London.
I then realise that I had all these ideas
and wanting to see if I could
go back to my sole trader days but,
doing what I love online.
Here I am now making arrangments and doing floral and party events across London.
I also support my local homless Lambeth Charity Spires and young mums programme.
