Backdrop Package – £140
Our backdrops range from 6ft to 8ft tall and are fully customisable to match your event theme.
Included in the package:
- Up to 3 curtain drapes in colours of your choice
- 2 artificial flower arrangements, colour-matched to your event theme
- 2 bronze vase holders, placed on floor floral stands
If you prefer, the floral vases can also be placed on a table instead of stands — both display options create an elegant and beautiful visual effect.

- Extra artificial flower arrangement: +£20
- Real flowers upgrade: Starting from +£40 (final cost depends on flower selection)
- Delivery, setup, and collection fee: £20 (applies to all options)
If choosing real flowers, we will work closely with you to select arrangements that complement your chosen colour scheme and overall event style.
Customisation
All backdrop designs are tailored to your chosen colours and flower preferences.
If you're using a table instead of floral stands, we can also include a matching table cover and runner — just let us know what you need.
To ensure everything is ready for your big day, we kindly ask for final confirmation at least 12 days before the event.

Important Information
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes — delivery, professional installation, and collection are all included in a £20 flat fee.
When should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment — especially for weekend dates. Most decor hire companies, including ours, are often booked up to 12 months in advance.
If booking in advance, a £25 deposit secures your date.
How do I book?
If you’re happy with our quote and we have availability, we’ll send you a quick and easy online booking form. Once completed, you’ll receive an invoice via email.
When do I need to pay and how?
- A £25 deposit is required within 7 days of confirming your booking.
- The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the event (we’ll send a reminder).
- Payments can be made via bank transfer.
- If you prefer to pay by debit/credit card or require a payment plan, just speak to a member of the team.
Can I add signage or banners?
Absolutely! You can personalise your backdrop with a sign, birthday banner, wedding message, or baby shower signage.
Do you require a damage deposit?
Yes. A £25 damage deposit is required one week before the event. This is a refundable charge that protects against:
- Unauthorised movement
- Damage
- Vandalism or theft
If no issues occur, this deposit will be refunded in full on the Monday following your event.
Installation Info
All quotes include professional installation and breakdown by our skilled event team.
- Installation time: 30–60 minutes
- Breakdown time: 15–30 minutes per 2.4m-wide backdrop
Important: Please measure your space before the event to ensure the backdrop fits comfortably.
To maintain safety and preserve the quality of our products, we kindly ask that clients or venue staff do not move or dismantle the backdrop once installed.
