My Florist Journey
I started my florist journey working on a flower stall, selling fresh-cut flowers to the public. This is where my passion for flowers and creating beautiful arrangements really began.
I loved making arrangements and coming up with new ideas so much that I decided to take a floristry course. The course opened my eyes to new techniques, styles and creative ways of working with flowers.
I then went on to work as a florist and event designer, creating floral arrangements and installing beautiful designs for a variety of events.
Over the years, Allison Petals has had the pleasure of creating floral arrangements for five-star hotels and corporate businesses across Central London.
I realised that I had so many creative ideas I wanted to bring to life, and I wanted to return to my roots as a sole trader—doing what I love while growing my business online.
Here I am today, creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing floral and party event services across London. 💐
Giving back to my local community is also very important to me. I’m proud to support Spires Lambeth, including its work supporting people experiencing homelessness and its young mums programme.
